How good is our setting? - Sekoia

How good is our setting?

The setting at your service needs to facilitate the best conditions for the service users to live their best life. Sekoia can play a part in ensuring that.
Clearly state the resident's level of indepedence in relation to an activity

Focus on residents' independence and dignity

The service-user’s choices and preferences are at the forefront when creating care tasks and their descriptions. The descriptions also take into account the service user's level of independence. So they are only assisted when required. To help protect a service user’s privacy and dignity as focus points for the organisation.

"We are now generating a quality of care records that we never had before. It gives our staff the information they need quite literally in the palm of their hands."
