His father founded Anglian Care in 2008 and Charles has worked for the family company the last 5 years in various roles. Beyond his personal story he shares his passion for team and operational development using technologies.
Charles is a pioneer of VR training in social care. We talk to him about the potential for the sector and how it’s already making an impact.
