Karolina has been the CEO of The Care Workers Charity for almost 2 years. She is a dedicated care professional and an advocate for the sector’s largest workforce. Always looking for ways to support and champion care work.

In this episode we ask Karolina a lot of questions to help us understand the current workforce pressure and the digital impact on work environments and more.

We also defy our own optimism and ask her to help us identify known barriers or any burden tech could bring forth.
