Interview with Vic Rayner

We’re joined by Professor Vic Rayner OBE for the 4th episode of Season 2!

Vic has been the CEO of National Care Forum for 6 years. She is a trustee of Hestia and The Care Workers Charity. As part of several government and national specialist groups Vic focuses on the social care workforce, digital transformation, new models of care and regulation. For which she was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours 2021.

In this episode, we talk about the present challenges for the care sector. We also talk about the promising opportunities and what technology can do to help solve some of the issues.

Vic tells us about some of the projects that NCF are working on: The Hubble project, the Digital Leadership Programme, and more.
